The 2013 Measure S work at the Herman campus will includes a new metacrylic roof and new air handling units for the multipurpose building.
The multipurpose room received two new air conditioning units. The units are made out of aluminum in order to keep the roof structure from being overloaded. These new units deliver air to the classrooms much more efficiently than their predecessors.
The roof at the Herman multipurpose room got the full treatment by redoing the metacrylics on the flat portions and getting new shingles on all other locations. These roofing repairs included the replacement of damaged wood caused by leaks.
